Mr. Roy M. Kalinda

Roy M. Kalinda is a senior lecturer, researcher, and consultant in Gender Studies with over thirty years of experience in gender and development, social inclusion, and policy analysis. He lectures in the Department of Gender Studies at the University of Zambia, where he teaches and mentors students in gender-related disciplines. His expertise includes gender mainstreaming, social impact assessments, and the design of gender-responsive policies and programs. He has collaborated widely with government ministries, international organizations, and NGOs, contributing to strategies in water, sanitation, education, health, and infrastructure while advancing gender equality and sustainable development.
